We took a car ride and explored the back roads of NC Mountains. We looked for the falling leaves and observed the changes of the season. We also saw the Blue Ridge Parkway. We had watched an educational documentary about how the Parkway was built. We took a nature walk and picked leaves that show "fall" colors. We explored the 3000ft above sea level on the mountain side near the Blue Ridge Parkway. This was for her to gain better observation skills and learn about the changes in the seasons.
